For those of you who do not know us we hope you enjoy our web site and that you will want to find out more about the various activities and visit. We would be delighted to see you and have you join in our worship.

Our 12th Century Parish Church is a "Church of England" Church, open to all and hopes to bring the Glory of God to people who live and visit here through a 21st century approach to all aspects of church and community life.

We use a warm and cheerful Norman Church Building but believe that a church is the people, not the church fabric. Our church like those all over England, are a living focus for the community. It enshrines the history of local people, their architecture, their art and their faith. For centuries the people of Saltwood have laid their joys and sorrows, their labour and their love before almighty God in these buildings and they still do.

We have been here for 1000 years.
The usual Sunday attendance is about 130 but for special occasions and festivals the congregation can be more than 250, a wonderful mix of all backgrounds and ages. We believe that God is interested in everyone. Like all Christian Churches, the loving and saving work of Jesus is central to our worship and learning.
