Youth Alpha is a course used by groups all around the world to help young people explore the Christian faith and the meaning of life. It is aimed at young people aged 13-18, who are interested in exploring more about Christian faith. It involves food, fun, talk and small group discussion, over 10 sessions; plus a group Saturday looking at the work of the Holy Spirit.
Visitors Welcome
Visitors and children are welcome at all our services. Our main service is at 10:00am on Sunday except on the first Sunday of the month when it is a Family Service at 10:30am. See our Visitors page.
Church Life
Apart from our Sunday worship with a Sunday Club for younger children, our SOS Youth Group meets on Sunday evenings. Morning Prayer is offered in Church every day by members of the congregation and there is a traditional mid-week communion, from which bread and wine are taken to four care homes in the parish. Once a month there is a Mothers and Toddlers service and two Bible Workshops meet weekly. In addition we have a number of special events such as Lent Lunches, Children's Activity Days and Men's Breakfasts. See our What's On pages.
